Our family visited here just after the New Year. I have to say I was expecting to be able to order a sandwich or similar but that’s not an option now. No criticism but might be worth posting a menu on their FB page. Beautiful pastries and cakes and the staff are so pleasant. The farm is also a delight. One niggle is that I think it would be better (and more environmentally friendly) to have proper cups and plates. I get it during Covid but when you’re out for lunch a paper cup isn’t great.

Lovely tea room and shop. The pasty’s are amazing, very delicious and filling. It’s was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the country views of the highlands cows and sheep. A great afternoon and will be visiting again soon to get more pasty’s haha

Big Dave's Cafe

12/11/2023: We are Stockport County fans on the way to Swindon for the match. Read a review on Trip Advisor and thought we would give it a go. Small place, fantastic value, a great breakfast, very reasonable price for a small breakfast with tea and thick lovely toast. The staff were very nice and although busy time with each customer.

New Inn

08/10/2023: Really enjoyed Sunday lunch here! Been trying local Sunday Dinners for last 2 years and this is one of our favourites. Exceptionally good value and tasty food. Service was warm and ambience was nice. Already planning our next visit!
02/10/2023: We chose The New Inn as it was reccommended by someone who lives locally as a good spot for lunch before an F A Cup game at nearby Bromsgrove Sporting. The welcome was warm. The beer was excellent The chips, peas and onion rings were lovely BUT the steaks were poor - tough and not very tasty - not bad enough to send back but not of the quality we expected. Perhaps if we had chosen another dish we would have given a higher grading - but based on our meals we cannot say more than "average"
