The Central Coffee House

03/11/2023: This is a lovely cafe on Northallerton high street. The venue is cosy and nicely decorated. There is also a small amount of outdoor, on street seating. There is an excellent menu for breakfast and lunch. We were there for breakfast and had an espresso, Americano and bacon sandwich. The coffees were smooth and delicious and the bacon sandwich very well stacked with bacon and on delicious chunky white bread. Service was friendly and the prices very reasonable.
15/07/2023: This cafe has the best coffee in Northallerton. Hands down. For those who love a proper coffee, my advice is to steer well clear of the chain establishments on the high street and go straight to Central Coffee House. The service is warm and personal, you would be supporting a locally owned and run family business and most importantly the coffee is fantastic! Having been spoilt with numerous choices of coffee shops in London, it was great to find this gem which is on a par with my favourite places in the capital but with better service. I also took away a scone and brownie which I understand are baked on site and they were also excellent.
