13/03/2024: First time here since the renovation. Service was fantastic; we felt very welcome with great recommendations too from the owner. Food was sublime. Definitely will be returning to make our way through the menu. Finally we have found a fantastic local Thai!!!

27/02/2022: We read reviews before going to Alnwick and restaurant sounded fab .. sadly Restaurant doing take away at present.so didnt sit in ..however it was honestly OUTSTANDING. NEVER tasted thai food so fresh it was my 50th and quite honestly it made my day....we got a takeaway and it was a meal we will never forget .This is a message to ANYONE who lives in or near Alnwick. If you want fresh... exceptional authentic tasting thai food packed with flavour and like to spend ure meals going..nom..nom..nom....out loud...this is the place for YOU.

11/10/2021: Gorgeous takeaway, cooked fresh and full of flavour. Great staff, happy to accommodate an allergy and fantastic portion size. Friendly, efficient and well worth the money.

18/05/2024: Stuck in Christchurch on a damp Thu this week while our new camper van underwent an electrical fault diagnosis! We spotted this inviting looking restaurant. Tammy greeted us with a warm smile then guided us to a nice window table. Her manor, attentive service immediately put us at ease. It cheered up our mood. The restaurant a lovely light airy interior, comfy seating with separating screens which did not enclose you off completely. Opted for their set Lunch menu with a few additions. Starters and mains were delicious, full of flavour, nicely seasoned. Oh the tempura prawns just mouth watering. A glass of Rose, wish I’d ordered a bottle very quaffable. It was all served effortlessly, almost felt like we were house guests. The whole experience was a joy. Thank you Tammy, we look forward to our next visit. Will be recommending it, as we did when we went back to Dolphin Motorhomes.

18/05/2024: We visited Nusara for lunch late 2023 and enjoyed a delightful meal. However we visited again on Thursday evening and unfortunately the experience was not as good . We have no complaints about the food but the way in which it was served . The plate on which my starter was presented had four thumb nail sized chips - very off putting . The plate was white so being generous maybe these could have gone unnoticed. However my husband’s plate was deep blue and had two similar chips which were glaringly obvious . Both items were fit only for the bin . The waiting staff were very friendly and attentive but were quite scruffily dressed and rather let the restaurant down. If these two matters were addressed we would have awarded a higher score .

28/03/2024: Another visit to this little gem for a family birthday and it keeps on getting better and better each time we visit. Everything is cooked fresh and the service is amazing, I'd definitely recommend a visit to the best Thai restaurant in the area by far.

29/02/2024: Absolutely the best decision I've made this week. Food was absolutely gorgeous. Ordered the beef pad kaprow, rice, noodles and spring rolls and asked for it thai style hot, the Chef understood the assignment lol. Really well made food. Lovely and fresh and served with a smile, As you would expect with the Name. I even ordered a takeaway for my trip home first thing. I will definitely go again when working in the area.

21/10/2023: Wow!!! Alan and Mai make a fabulous Thai meal. This cannot be beaten in taste and value. If you want a reasonable priced very tasty Thai meal you must go. I haven't been for a year as I have been following a diet plan but now I remember what I've been missing!! Last night I ordered 2 x Beef Penang Thai Currys, 2 x sticky rice (if you haven't tried this - please do - so authentic), 1 x Prawn Spring Roll and gave my collection time. I reheated in oven and microwave for tea tonight and it was all delicious!! I believe all of this was very generous portions and cost just over £20. Alan and Mai also do a loyalty card and after a number of visits you are rewarded with money off your next order. They work in a very small van together but it works for them. Mai keeps Alan in check too! Please note they need a request for sticky rice the day before as it takes longer to prepare.

14/03/2023: Anyone who loves Thai food or wishes to try it should visit Alan & Mays van. The Saturday night special for two at £18 is amazing value and there portions are so good it does three! Fabulous food, great choice all served up with a smile 😊 Thank you.

11/11/2023: We often visit the ThaiWay. The food is excellent and good value for money, the staff are always very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere lovely. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

26/05/2024: Easily the most authentic Thai I’ve had in the UK, it takes us straight back! Thank you for bringing us your fabulous food Noon. Epic flavour, balance and spice. Just stunning.

25/05/2024: Visited Noon’s Thai Kitchen with family. A warm friendly welcome was received. The menu had a good variety of dishes available and our food arrived promptly and well presented. Recommended.

17/11/2023: The food as this place is amazing and not doubting that at all. We are regular customers at this restaurant. We took some new friends and they didn’t have a good experience. Our friends chair collapsed whilst eating and he fell to the floor. The staff member came put the chair aside and didn’t come back with a new chair or even ask if our friend was ok. So rude and heartless. I friend suffered a big bruise on his back. Just think thru we’re not compassionate at all. Pure rudeness.

03/01/2023: We have been here many times now and loved it everytime - so much so we have booked to take the family on friday for my husbands birthday :-) Would highly recommend you try this place (PS The Sea Bass is excellent!)

17/03/2024: Probably one of the best take aways in Grantown. Amazing Thai food for all ages. Highly recommend the chicken pad mhe, massive portions of noodles and filled rice. Reasonable priced too

13/03/2024: We discovered this fantastic restaurant by chance and were absolutely delighted. My wife is Thai and she raved about how authentic the food was, you really cannot get a better compliment than that. The staff were lovely and you can tell this is a family run business with passion.

01/03/2024: Found this restaurant by accident instantly felt we will have to visit this place. What can I say the hospitality and service were excellent. Words cannot describe the food, it was beautifully presented and was delicious. There is a good selection of dishes on the menu. We will be back in the not too distant future. 09/05/2024: Absolutely amazing! Both the Panang Curry & Thai Green Curry were delicious. All the food came piping hot and my partner described the Chow Mein as the best he’s ever had. We found it to be extremely reasonably priced, good value for money as portion sizes are generous. Can’t wait to order again.

09/03/2024: Just had the best street food I have ever had the curry and rice was amazing you can choose from a range of different curry’s and different heats The dad and daughter team that run this fantastic stall are so friendly that I can’t wait for next Saturday and apparently they are there at the Wednesday market as well
